Broken Scrarecrows: Deceit and Cheat.

The Scarecrows (dysfunctional regulatory bodies) try to convict BruceG of illegally removing 4 buried diesel tanks buried in concrete from a 100-year-old power plant being demolished.
The League of Prosecutors protect one of their members by ruling that the art of deceit and cheat (sophism) is normal. It is a long-honored tradition in LOP.
Then, the League of Growers hatches a devious conspiracy to eliminate a Whistle Blower for exposing their “bad bylaws” and their stacked investigations. BruceG is tried by a Kangaroo Court using the evidence of extreme speculation.
